Premev Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective Date: January 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of your agreement with Premev (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to all users of our service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Premev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Service to engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, or disruptive, including but not limited to:
Illegal Activity:
- Violating any local, national, or international law, including Kenya's laws.
- Using the Service to commit fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities.
Harmful Conduct:
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Premev systems or other users' accounts.
Content Restrictions:
- Uploading or distributing content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or incites violence.
- Sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
Disruption of Service:
- Interfering with or attempting to disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
- Attempting to bypass technical restrictions or limits imposed by Premev.
Unauthorized Commercial Use:
- Using the Service for spamming, phishing, or unauthorized marketing.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without explicit permission.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.
- You agree to use the Service only as intended, in accordance with these Terms of Service and this AUP.
3. Monitoring & Enforcement
Premev reserves the right to monitor activity on the Service for violations of this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations, and if necessary:
- Warn the user
- Suspend or terminate the user's account
- Report unlawful activities to law enforcement
4. Consequences of Violation
Violating this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Loss of access to data stored on Premev
- Legal action where applicable
5. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report any suspected abuse or violation of this AUP to:

6. Updates to the AUP
Premev may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
