At Premev (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to provide a seamless subscription experience for our service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding subscription payments. By subscribing to our service, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Premev offers subscription-based access to its platform with recurring billing.
Subscriptions may include monthly or annual plans, depending on your selection.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by law.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings.

Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Your subscription will not automatically renew at the next billing cycle.

3. Refunds

No automatic refunds: Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at Premev's discretion in the following cases:

Payment errors (e.g., duplicate charges)
Unauthorized charges
Material failure of the Service to operate as promised (with reasonable evidence from the user)

Refund requests must be submitted via info@premev.com within 30 days of the charge.

4. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
Access to premium features will end immediately upon trial cancellation.

5. Changes to Subscription Fees

Premev reserves the right to update subscription fees.
Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Price changes will not affect your current active billing period.

6. How to Cancel

Log in to your Premev Account.
Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
Confirm cancellation.
Optionally, notify us via info@premev.com for confirmation.
